I have multiple 3PAR arrays at my site but to HP, my site is dark because we are a government site. HPE cannot remotely access my arrays. As such, the responsibility for updating the 3PAR OS and Service Processor.

Unfortunately, we've fallen behind.Do people generally update their own 3PAR OS? Are you supposed to open a service call prior to attempting an update? I don't really find any documentation that walks you through the process.Does anyone have their own personal process that they follow for an update? I'd really like to get these arrays updated as soon as possible.Thanks, Joe.
